About Keith Hern Photography

Married to Madeleine with an eighteen year old daughter (Jess) and living happily in Thames Ditton Surrey, I am for ever planning ways to visit new places as my primary interest is travel. I have visited over sixty countries, the most recent being Zimbabwe, Guatemala, Belize and recent trips have been to the delightful Armona Island in Portugal, and a golf weekend in Norway, just north of Bergen.

Away from travel I am a sports enthusiast and play golf, real tennis, ski, when in warm climates scuba dive. and enjoy watching cricket, rugby and football (armchair Chelsea fan).Watching Jess perform is always a delight, particularly in her most recent role as 'Annie' in 'Annie Get Your Gun', as she aims for a career on the stage.

The last four years has also seen me diagnosed with cancer twice, recover both times, and have my first ever book published about my journey through the treatment - entitled 'Bangers & Mash'. I now have developed the book into an inspirational presentation entitled 'Out of Adversity' and am looking for suitable audiences to present to, some of which will come through Prospeke.

Quirky facts: spent my wedding night pitching a tent on an uninhabited island; broke my leg playing golf; and once entered the fourth annual mullet toss competition whilst on a beach holiday in Florida.
